Chickens again

So the chicken class at Zamzow's last weekend came and went and I was not tempted.  But then I heard on the radio that turn out was so great that they have decided to have another one this Saturday.  One day chickie, one day!

That old chicken feeling is happening again....

Instapundit linked to an Amazon blog of a woman with [chicken] egg envy.  She shared a photo of this egg storage.  I have egg envy too.  I'm always trying to figure out how I can add chickens to this life of mine.  I even know what kind I want:  Brahmas and Buff Orpingtons!

I have ideas of how to keep them -- in the summer at least.  Video here.  I think (since as a [former] EE I am really just a frustrated ME) I could make one of these myself.
