Ricochet -- Turns out I've listed to their podcasts before when their guest was John Hinderacker. Not sure I want to be a member -- I just don't have the brain capacity I'd like. That said, it looks like they have an amazing list of contributors.

Lileks -- Saw him on PJTV a bit earlier -- I saw his Frosted Flakes coffee cup, he was clever, and so I am following up.

He is a very loving cat

actually he is a feral tomcat and he was terrorizing the nice little [abandoned, stray] kitty for which we've been caring. Is there such a thing as Mad-cat Disease? Symptoms include hanging upside down with claws protruding and teeth gnashing. He made a little trip to the feline reeducation camp. I haven't seen him come up for adoption yet; maybe they could make a video of him like a shelter did for Pinky.

But I think Pinky was actually nicer than this tatty.

Wow! As the title says, the Ultimate Picnic Table -- I could envision something with a pergola style top and a Wisteria providing the shade. Hmmmm. Love the tile top, but not sure how it would have to be protected in freezing weather.

Here is what is happening from Blogging Tips:

Also, any services which automatically extract the favicon for a site (such as Blogger’s “Feed” and “Blog List” gadgets) will still reference the Blogger favicon rather than our own custom favicons. This is because such auto-discovery scripts reference the favicon hosted on the same server as the website, rather than the favicon which is referenced in the HTML code of the page. As yet, there is no way to present our custom favicons to services which automatically discover the favicon for a site.

Bummer.

Chickens again

So the chicken class at Zamzow's last weekend came and went and I was not tempted. But then I heard on the radio that turn out was so great that they have decided to have another one this Saturday. One day chickie, one day!
