A Day Late and a Dollar Short

I open my March '10 issue of Threads and saw that the monthly winning reader's tip was the exact solution I derived a couple of month's ago for my pencil cases.  The winner was paid for the publication of her tip and she also won 5 books/dvd from Taunton.

This ranks up there with a discussion I had with a co-working in 1989 that 3M should make little flags with Post-It note sticky ends and make them in a multitude of colors.  We actually called 3M and told them the idea.  Yes, you can thank me any time.
